Airloader PD 4x4 (1100)

The most popular unit for oil industry related tasks until the advent of the PD 4x4(500). Designed to handle slurries, sludges and dry solids normally considered impossible with conventional pumping equipment. Used in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the United Kingdom. Capable of high vertical suction lifts.

Airloader PD 4x4 (500)

The most powerful unit designed specifically for heavy bitumous product and sand and rust laden crudes. Particularly good for FPSO, tank farm and lagoon jobs. Has been used all over Australia, offshore and particularly in Singapore and the Middle East. Needs good air supply to function at its peak. Will load solid material. Capable of very high vertical suction lifts.

Airloader PD 4x4 (300)

The most common unit. Has been widely used for FPSO, tank farm and offshore platform work particularly prior to the development of the (500) model. Not quite as powerful however uses a third less air supply and is still very capable. Popular because of lower height in underground coal and hardrock mines and tunnelling projects. Used throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and South Africa. Likes slumpable materials capable of moderate vertical suction lifts.

Mudskipper Pump

The most compact unit. Suitable for lighter fractions but can still pass large lump solids or aggressive materials without detriment to the unit. Very popular in underground coal mines but used extensively in the oil industry primarily by contractors in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Needs modest air supply and can be left to operate fully automatically on flowable materials.
