Self Filling Tanker - MPV, Skid Mounted or Trailer Mounted

The MPV Self Filling Tanker is specifically made to be uplifted and transported by an MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle). The Skid Mounted unit is made to be transported on a flat bed trailer or even a truck in above ground situations using the side accessed fork lift sockets. The MPV unit can also be transported in this way.

The Trailer Mounted Self Filling Tanker has rocker arm, load sharing wheels with oil filled hubs and solid tyres.

Onboard is the same powerful compressed air operated jet-pump used in 'Airloader' and 'Vac-Pack' units but, because it vacuum loads or "Self Fills" continuously when operating, it achieves a significantly higher loading rate. A lower air consumption jet-pump nozzle option is available and is inter-changeable into the same standard long life bronze jet-pump housing. The jet-pump assembly is protected by a crash frame. Loading stops automatically at high level.

Additional material suction hoses can be attached to extend the pick-up range. Excess water can be drained off and the solids content topped up before hauling and dumping. A full size, side opening rear door enables easy emptying. A 250mm diameter dump hatch in the rear door often enables emptying  without the need to open the full sized door.
