Vac-Pack Systems

When the Vac-Pack is combined with a Vac-Pack Auto-Dump Tank a system is created that can handle the most difficult of materials ranging from large lump dry solids to thick viscous sludges.

The 0.25 cu.mtr. collector tank has automatic cyclic operation and can convey solids, sludges and liquids at rates in excess of 10 cu.mtr/hr. with suction distances well in excess of 65 mtrs. horizontally and 25 mtrs. vertically.

The 250mm diameter disc valve ensures effective emptying whilst keeping the tank’s overall height to a minimum which is of particular value in dumping material onto a conveyor belt in an underground mining or tunnelling application.
